- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I'm giving 3 stars because one time when I needed to close a compromised account in person, the personal banker did not help me with the issue and told me I had to call to get it done. Upon calling, due to the security issue of the account, I was told to go back to the branch to validate my identity and I had to go to another branch to resolve the issue. They could have helped me the first time if they had asked their manager for guidance. However, the staff at this branch are respectful and friendly.By Reza Tajodini, January 20, 2017
