  Cannot believe in a town this big that there's only one location. Ridiculous. We came in at 10 AM on Saturday for a cashier's check for rent and had to wait over an hour in line! Thank god we're only here temporarily.

  Rude tellers and the bank manager said I could come on in before closing and and the security guard with the fake gold teeth said no. closed account over phone will never bank here again!

  Came in to close one account and confirm that my fiancé was added to all of my other accounts. James was rude, unprofessional, and treated us like an inconvenience the entire time we were there. I've been a Bank of America customer for a long time, and I've never dealt with people so rude.

  Everyone's being very dramatic about it being a "scary" part of town (seriously?) but they're definitely right about only having one location. We do need at least one more to lessen the lengthy lines. Every time I've gone in everyone's been very polite and helpful! Wait time can be ridiculous.
