- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆No words to describe how bad these people are. It is a disgrace. They hold a monopoly, are complacent and regularly rob the people of this city blind. A bizarre situation where the ignorant hold way too much power. Try challenging one of their screw ups and watch how fast they take your meter. Extortionists is what they are. I have paid major money that I did not owe just to keep water on for some of the poor people in this city. I show them where they are dead wrong and they just say "pay or we take your meter". CWW is a good old boy operation from way way back. There is no way that water and trash should cost what it does. Where does all of this money go?
