- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just went into this location to drop off a prepaid package. The package I needed shipped also needed to be taped up. The customer service rep with the blonde hair wouldn't send my package because I didn't have tape on the package. She told me I would have to spend one dollar to send the package and get tape from her. This is a packing store and the very first time I've been told I had to purchase tape for a pre-labeled package. I went to a different UPS store and they were very happy to send my package without charging me for tape. It's not tape it's the principle of it and the nasty attitude she had.By S.
