  This bank has no respect for there CUSTOMERS MY 70 YEAR OLD MOTHER WENT THROGH DRIVE THROUGH TODAY APRIL 15.2014 TRIED TO CASH A WESTERN UNION MONEY ORDER WAS TOLD BY ETHEL SHE COULDNT CASH SHE HAD TO TAKE IT TO WINN DIXIE TO CASH. DIDNT EXPLAIN TO HER THAT . SHE COULD DEPOSIT IN HER ACCOUNT AND WAIT 24 HOURS.I I WAS ON TELEPHONE THE HOLE TIME THEY WERE TELLING HER THIS. I THEN CALLED THE BANK ON MACON ROAD WERE THIS HAPPEN . WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO ASHLEY IN BRANCH SHE SAID SHE WOULD HAVE TO CHECK TO SEE IF WHAT I WAS SAYING WAS TRUE AND IS THEY OFFERED IT OR NOT, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER I WAS ON PHONE SHE DIDNT BELIEVE ME, I THEN STAED I DIDNT LIKE BEING CALLED A LIE.WE ALL KNOW THAT THE GIRL THAT SAID THIS WILL NOT ADMIT THAT SHE DIDNT OFFER TELLING MY MOM.PROBLEM IS MY PARENTS HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH THIS BANK THROUGH ALL THE NAME CHANGES SINCE 1968. THIS HAPPEN AT 12;44 .

  Wells fargo is a joke. The employees are nice but the computer has more control than even the branch manager, apparently. With that said, the computer also "automatically generates" Different requirements for each transaction & even better, it does this "at random". For instance, today we attempted to DEPOSIT a $300 check into our daughters savings account; but were turned away. Even though we both signed the back, had the account number, my ID & my debit card which is also linked to the account, but the computer basically declined the transaction. Really??? And that is only one of the many obserd experiences I've had with them. The last time, I needed to withdraw $500 to get my car out of the shop (I was unaware the body shop only accepted cash or checks). The bank would be closed before I got off work that day and the ATM told me I had reached my daily limit(?) & could not withdraw MY money from MY account. After numerous transfers and an hour of wasted time on the phone, the manager tells me that the computer decides these limits and I may request to raise it, however, the decision was not up to them but to the computer and with no control in their hands. Again, really!?!? Who runs this show? And all of this was referred to as "safety measurements". Ha. Because How many crooks do you know making deposits into someone else s savings account??
